Missed a dose of Wegovy? What to do

Wegovy's rule works differently from the other GLP-1s: it counts forward to your next dose. And if you miss two or more in a row, your prescriber needs to be involved. Here is what the label says.

Two or more missed in a row

If you miss 2 or more doses in a row, the label says dose escalation is restarted at a lower dose.[1] Your prescriber decides that, so contact them before your next injection.

Missed Wegovy pill

If you miss a daily Wegovy tablet, skip it and take the next one the following day.[1]
