If something here is wrong, we want to know and we will fix it openly.

Report an error

Email hello@glp1fieldguide.com with the page address and what you think is wrong. A link to the source that shows the correct information helps us act quickly.

What happens next

1. We check the report against the primary source.
2. If the page is wrong, we correct it as quickly as we can. Errors that could affect how someone uses their medicine are treated as urgent.
3. Substantive corrections are noted at the bottom of the page with the date and what changed. Small fixes, such as typos, are made without a note.

Label changes

When a manufacturer updates a label or Instructions for Use, we re-check the pages that cite it and update the revision dates in their source lists.
