With commercial insurance
Both medicines have a savings program for people with commercial insurance. Each lets you pay as little as $25, with savings capped at $100 a month.[3, 4]
- What counts as a month: 1 box of 4 Wegovy pens or 1 bottle of 30 Wegovy tablets; 1 box of 1 Ozempic pen or 1 bottle of 30 Ozempic tablets.[3, 4]
- Government insurance is excluded, including Medicare and Medicaid.[3, 4]
- Where to use it: the Ozempic savings card works at local pharmacies.[4] The Wegovy offer works at retail pharmacies that accept it.[1]
Because savings are capped at $100 a month, what you pay depends on your plan's copay. For example, if your copay is $150, the offer covers $100 and you pay $50.

Medicare
Since July 1, 2026, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge has let eligible people with Medicare Part D get certain GLP-1 weight loss medicines for $50 a month.[5] Novo Nordisk says this covers all Wegovy dose strengths, and lists the program as running through December 31, 2027.[1]
