Our take
GoodLife Health is built for people who want branded GLP-1 medicine with regular lab monitoring and a clinician who follows them month to month. The membership price is the same whatever you are prescribed, labs every 90 days are included, and the medicine itself is bought at the pharmacy's own price with no markup from GoodLife. The main thing to weigh is cost: you pay the membership on top of your medicine, with two months upfront.

What it costs in total
Your monthly cost is two separate bills: the GoodLife membership, and your medicine from the pharmacy. GoodLife does not quote medicine prices because they depend on your pharmacy, the manufacturer's programs and your insurance.[1] Here is what the two bills add up to at the makers' current self-pay prices from our price checker:
Medicine prices from Lilly and Novo Nordisk; terms apply.[5, 6] If your insurance covers your medicine, your share may be much lower.
How it works
- Eligibility questions
A short online questionnaire, about 4 to 5 minutes. GoodLife says it screens for safety and clinical fit before you pay.[3]
- Membership and booking
You activate the membership and book a 30-minute video intake, usually offered within the same week.[3]
- Labs and a plan
Your clinician orders labs, which GoodLife says come back within about a week, and then writes your plan.[3]
- Prescription, if appropriate
The prescription goes to a pharmacy, which ships to you and bills you directly.[3]
- Ongoing care
Monthly nurse check-ins, a clinical review every quarter, and 24/7 chat with the care team.[3]
What we like
- Branded medicines only. GoodLife is not a pharmacy and does not sell compounded GLP-1s, so you are prescribed FDA-approved medicine.[1]
- No markup on medicine. GoodLife says it takes no pharmacy margin, and sends prescriptions to whichever route is cheapest for your dose: LillyDirect, NovoCare or your insurance.[1]
- Labs included. A 9-test panel every 90 days covering lipids, ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, HbA1c, fasting insulin, thyroid, a metabolic panel and a blood count.[1]
- One flat fee. The membership does not change with your medicine or dose, and your sign-up price is fixed.[1]
- Regular contact. Monthly check-ins and unlimited messaging, rather than a single consultation.[1]
- Verifiable credentials. LegitScript certification, which checks things like licensing and valid prescriptions.[7]
Good to know before you sign up
- Two bills, not one. The membership does not include medicine, so budget for both.[1]
- Two-month minimum. The first $598 covers two months. The terms say partial months are not refunded, and the membership renews automatically until you cancel.[4]
- No guaranteed prescription. As with any legitimate clinic, a clinician decides whether medicine is appropriate.[4]
- Who provides care. GoodLife's named clinicians are nurse practitioners and nurses. Its terms say direct care is provided by licensed physicians of Beluga Health, P.A., under GoodLife's protocols.[2, 4]
- A newer service. We could not find independent customer reviews yet. Note that GoodLife Meds is a different company.
Who it may suit
GoodLife may suit you if you want branded medicine, like the idea of regular lab tests and a clinician who checks in each month, and are comfortable paying a membership on top of your medicine. If you mainly want the lowest total price, compare membership fees on our price checker, check whether you fit the labels with oureligibility checker, and see our guide togetting a prescription online.
Our checks
Every partner we link to is re-checked every month against five tests: LegitScript certification, FDA warning letters, lawsuits, how the medicine is supplied, and marketing claims. GoodLife Health passed all five on October 6, 2026.See how we check partners. Passing our checks is not a medical endorsement: whether a medicine is right for you is a clinician's decision.

Common questions
Is GoodLife Health legit?
GoodLife Health is LegitScript-certified, which we confirmed on LegitScript's own website. It is a telehealth clinic, not a pharmacy, and prescribes branded, FDA-approved GLP-1 medicines. It passed our five partner checks on October 6, 2026.
How much does GoodLife Health cost?
The membership is $299 a month, with the first two months ($598) charged upfront. Medicine is extra: the pharmacy bills you directly, at the price your pharmacy, the manufacturer's program or your insurance sets.
Does GoodLife Health take insurance?
Not for the membership. GoodLife says the fee is generally HSA and FSA eligible. Your prescription can still go through your own insurance if your plan covers it.
Does GoodLife Health sell compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?
No. GoodLife says it is not a pharmacy and does not sell compounded GLP-1s. It prescribes branded medicines such as Zepbound, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Ozempic when a clinician decides they are appropriate.
Can I cancel GoodLife Health?
Yes, from month three. There is a two-month minimum, and the terms say partial months are not refunded. After that the membership runs month to month and renews automatically until you cancel in the member portal or by email.
